Wam Denim Germany
Back in 2001 Ahmad Khaled Wasim and Mirwais Amiri, the founders of Wam Denim, decided to start their own business.
Their amazing journey began with a small store at a weekend market in the Netherlands and their pledge to invest every bit of money they earned back into their business.
Mirwais, working as carpenter on construction sites during a normal workweek, covered the businesses costs with his hard-earned daily wages.
As their sales grew, Ahmad and Mirwais began to expand their collection, approaching all the leading local wholesale companies.
The young entrepreneurs quickly concluded that these wholesalers simply did not have enough products on offer, so Ahmad and Mirwais decided to start their own wholesale company.
With a keen sense of what the contemporary man wants to wear, they relentlessly began offering their customers products that were in the greatest demand. Ahmad and Mirwais sought and found suppliers offering specific, hard-to-find products in every corner of Europe.
Yet still, they felt that clothes for men could be more dynamic, colorful and bold. From this conviction the Wam Denim brand was born in 2006. Just four years later, Wam Denim is sold on every continent around the globe.
