We would like to welcome our international exchange students!
At the Akademische Auslandsamt, we are pleased with the growing popularity of the Erasmus exchange programme, linking Heidelberg and its university to partner institutions throughout Europe.
In coming to Heidelberg, you are about to start something new and different. At first, you will walk streets yet unknown, you will meet strangers and be surrounded by a foreign language. But step by step, you will get to know the town and its people, you will find your way around the university, and the strangers will become fellow students and friends.
The ERASMUS Team will be glad to help you. Our Incoming Office is in the Seminarstraße 2, Room 32. Office hours are Monday to Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and additionally 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon.
