Regardless of your previous experience in music, as long as you are interested in music education or you would like to get insights from a community of international music students, this is the place for you! Or at least it can be – if you are open to an innovative approach to music education!
How good you are doesn’t matter in here. After all, this is a place to learn – and whatever happens, you know it will be loads of fun! Who doesn’t want to be able to have a creative hobby or impress their friends with their musical skills? And who hasn’t dreamt of a career in music?
Moreover, if you are a music teacher, this is a great opportunity for you to increase your revenue during or after your studies and rapidly increase your network of musical contacts. You can even be both a student and a teacher at the same time!
And if you are part of an institution (musical school, university, private school, etc), you have a place among us too! Not being constrained by the physical location of your students and teachers is something the pre-Internet generation would not have even dared to dream about.
Our Mission:
We strongly believe in the equality of chances in education and therefore aim to provide top-level music education for everyone, regardless of where they come from, empowering students to gain access to the teachers they deserve while giving teachers a way to reach a much wider audience through the benefits of new media and the internet.
We know how hard it is for highly talented students to give up their entire lives in order to move to a place where better music education is available (after all, this project has been founded by such people!), and we know how many beginners would like to start learning music, but never do so because of time constraints, scheduling trouble, unrealistic contractual obligations in private music schools, or simply because they might be feeling uncomfortable with their lack of knowledge – so we have made it our mission to break all geographical barriers and bring realistic music education to everyone’s living room.
In the near future, we aim to partner with state-owned music institutions and other high-profile music education organizations in view of establishing a scholarship program. Through the scholarship program, our system will finally be able to truly help provide equal chances to study for all talented students worldwide, enabling them to gain access to exceptional teachers without the difficulties this usually involves. Brilliant students will no longer have to bear the discomfort of relocation or the prohibitive travel and accommodation expenses in order to have access to outstanding music education.
